Besides the wax stops I needed, he offered to clean and check my hearing aides. They functioned way better after that. He also gave me a tiny brush to clean the mic ports. He also offered me extra domes which I already had. I can’t say enough about how well I was treated. The person who helped me was named James. Thanks again James. I appreciate what you did for me.”
