“A virus I had about 5 years ago mysteriously took 40%+ of my ability to hear in my left ear. I did not really want to get hearing aids. I felt I was too young and I did not want to look 15 years older than I really am. I recently decided to fix this problem. I decided to go with the latest and greatest Phonak devices. These devices can connect to any Bluetooth device (phone, TV, iPad, etc.) and can stream music or take calls. These devices not only look like small wireless ear buds, they actually have the functionality of wireless ear buds with all of the latest hearing aid technologies. Through an app on my phone, I can adjust and save settings like volume, noise reduction, bass, etc.. I am very happy with my entire experience at Victory Hearing & Balance Center. From my first hearing test all the way through to customization and the continued support I receive now, I continue to be impressed. Dr. Davis and her team are responsive, patient, flexible, knowledgeable and they really care about their patients. The team at Victory is clearly focused on achieving great 'outcomes' with each of their patients. Another important point to mention is that Victory Hearing & Balance Center works with all of the top device manufacturers. This allows Dr. Davis to help her patients choose the device that solves their specific hearing impairment. My only regret is that I did not visit Victory Hearing sooner. ”
