“Dr. Lauren is very friendly and treats me like her only patient when I am being seen by her. She helped me get my first of hearing aids some 10 years ago. I just got a new pair recently and WOW, the sounds I was missing out on! Dr. Lauren listens carefully to my hearing concerns and adjusts my hearing aid settings (this can even be done remotely now) and advises me on how to test out features in various sound environments (large crowd, restaurant, windy outdoors, esp. hearing my wife from the other room at home). I would highly recommend Dr. Lauren to anyone with hearing loss or hearing aids.”
