Process was clear and everything well explained. The reason I only gave 4 star is because they were very limited in the hardware they could show me, even for the brand they are pushing. “I had an appointment to adjust my new hearing aids. The evening before I attended my swimming workout. The routine was interrupted with several crazy circumstances. Somehow I jumped in the pool before removing my hearing aids. After just a couple of strokes, I got out of the pool and removed the devices. But it was too late. One of them stopped working. Julia was so cool about the whole thing and told me they were covered by warranty. What a relief! She sent them in to be repaired and scheduled a new appointment. Meanwhile my backup pair is keeping me hearing! Left feeling not only relieved, but valued as a regular customer for over 6 years! By the way, I love the new office and the fast , friendly service provided there!”
