“I turned 61 this year. At this age, one can only imagine the countless people I have had to see in many professions regarding the human body and all its different parts. Some were MD that didn't specialize in an area and others were MD's that had specialties. Dr. J. Hetzel, specialist in audiology, had to be one of, if not THE, most attentive, patient, sympathetic, empathetic, caring and sincere individuals I had ever had the pleasure of visiting in any field. She listened to me and all my ramblings in such a gracious manner that I had never been accustomed to. My hope is that anybody who is seen by her for hearing issues specifically has as wonderful an experience as I did having to see her for my earing issues. She's the best! And I appreciated her time she allowed me to have with her immensely.”
