“Testing went great! Courtney is very knowledgeable & thoroughly explained the testing as well as anatomy of the ear etc. The hearing aids arrived within a week. My disappointment was that being short staffed I was unable for a month to get an appointment for fitting. I now have them (2 days) & am looking forward to situations where I can really test the difference. P.S. Forgot to say, my fitting was done by Jim (owner). He said as of Oct 2nd they would be back to full staff. Courtney, Jim & office staff were great, fun & so nice. Look forward to continuing for future adjustments!”

“I cannot say enough good things about A Better Hearing Center Monument!!The staff are all fantastic!! Patricia, Ali, and Courtney. I had an appointment with a emergency care as I was very dizzy. He looked in my ears and stated that everything looked normal. I also had an appointment for my hearing aids that afternoon. When I went to my appointment for the hearing aids, I was just telling Ali and Courtney about it and Ali looked in my ears and said that there was a lot of wax build up so she flushed out my ears and she couldn't believe just how much wax there was in my ears. After she was finished, when I got out of the chair, the dizziness was gone. My husband can verify that as he saw it for himself!! I have a lot of confidence in them and they are smart, intelligent, knowledgeable, and another perk is they are people persons - which you don't see very often anymore!”

They gave an excellent exam, and listened to everything I said, worked out any and all little bugs, and provided me with an excellent pair of hearing devices [at a cost comparable to what I paid years ago], along with the assurance that, should I need any kind of further help, I would be welcome back.
