“I took my 100 year old Mom, Odessa, for a follow up appointment in October 2021. She has severe hearing loss and due to her age was losing her hearing aids somewhat frequently. However, little did we know this last loss would be a gain. She could rarely hear with her old pair she purchased. Well, in steps Dr. Fraizer...... she recommended a new around the ear type and a clip on so Mom can keep up with them. Mom can now hear EVERYTHING!!!! It has opened up a brand new world for her and her family. All of her eight children are forever grateful to you, Dr. Frasier. You were extremely kind and patient with Mom. You have won my heart! ”

“When I first met Dr. Frasier at Advanced Audiology she told me “Call me Jerrilyn”so in this review that is what I will call her. On May 3, I had an 4:00 P.M. follow up appointment after been fitted with Widex Hearing Aids. One feature of Widex Hearing Aids App is “Locate My Hearing Aids” A term I would soon become acquainted with. When I entered her office, I realized I was missing my right hearing aid. I immediately told Jerrilyn. She pulled my Widex App on my Iphone and it showed that it was at my home in West Monroe. I went home but failed to locate it so I pulled up App on my Ipad. It showed last contact at a local restaurant in Ruston where I had dined at 3:00 P.M. Apparently there was a conflict between Iphone and Ipad. I called Jerrilyn and she told me they were closing but she would go by restaurant and do a search. She called me from there and said, no luck. I told her I was headed to Ruston and I would look myself. She told me she was headed home but would meet me at restaurant. By then the parking lot was full but we looked under every car near where I parked. We went inside and even looked under the table where I had dined. The table was occupied and the people looked at us like “ What are you all doing?” No luck. Jerrilyn wanted to know if I had stopped any where else before my appointment. I told her I had stopped at a local lumber store. “Lets go there she said.” After arriving at the parking lot we went to where I had parked. We walked about 20 feet and Jerilyn said “I have a contact.” Back on our knees looking under cars. Jerilyn shouted “I see it.” Sure enough, about 30 feet away, lay my hearing aid. It was undamaged after being there for about 3 hours. Jerilyn was more excited than I was. The Widex, Find My Hearing Aid App works only if you have someone as dedicated to her profession as Jerilyn. She took her own personal time to help me and saved me the cost of replacing a hearing aid. I am very grateful to her and now consider her a friend. Thank you Jerilyn.. ”
