“Cornell was very good with us -- patient and very knowledgeable. When my new hearing aids seemed not to work as well, he would always work me in and re-adjust them -- many times. I would recommend him.”
“Arrived 20 minutes early for my appt. I was told that they had given my appt. to someone who's appt was messed up earlier in the week. They didn't call me to reschedule or to inform me that I wouldn't be seen. The Dr. came out and said "Not our fault". Called the receptionist and she said"Not our fault" very rude'ly. When I asked why they didn't call, she had no answer. They forget we are paying them! Very Dissatisfied! Will never go back!”
