“After years of nagging (from my wife) about hearing loss I finally went to Dr Katherine Neufeld to get my hearing tested. It turned out that I had a moderate hearing loss. Dr Neufeld took the time to give me options and explain what she thought the best course of action would be. I did some research and price shopping and found that Neufeld Hearing Health Care had among the lowest prices in town! Dr Neufeld also took the time on the weekend to help me pair the aids to my phone. (This extra step was not lost on me; I greatly appreciated her helping me!!) I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for hearing solutions! ”

“Having been previously treated by another Audiologist for a busted eardrum, my husband was directed to Katherine Neufeld by DOL for a hearing screening. Her test supposedly showed that there was no hearing loss in husband ears. Keep in mind my husband had a hearing test at a different practice prior to having a hearing test with Neufeld Hearing that Audiologist found that there was hearing loss found in my husband's ears. But when DOL advised him to go to here, she said he had ZERO hearing loss. I know there's a problem with my husband's hearing because he has every TV that he watches in our home on the very last notch & I'm constantly yelling at him when I talk. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUDIOLOGIST!!”
