Stuart is the owner of Hearing Associates and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Science and Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree in Audiology from Northwestern University. He has previously served as President of the Iowa Speech Language Hearing Association, President of the Iowa Speech Language Hearing Foundation and President of Clear Lake Parks and Recreation Board. He enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with his family. He leads a team of highly qualified and trained Audiologists at his practice.

“My hearing began to fail due to an inherited condition, otosclerosis, when I was in my mid thirties. Despite surgery the hearing loss gradually became progressively worse. Hearing Associates has worked with me on hearing aids and hearing care for over 15 years. The audiologists care for me and my hearing aids in person directly in a hospital clinic setting in my own hometown. The care is included with the acquisition of the hearing instruments. This is important because good hearing aids are essential for me. The audiologists are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They know me on a first name basis. Stuart Trembath has cared for my hearing for 15 years. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for hearing care as I now approach the need for my third new set of hearing aids. ”

Hearing Associates has been serving the needs of individuals in northern Iowa and Southern Minnesota since 1987. We provide comprehensive hearing testing and hearing aid services to patients living in Mason City, Iowa and the surrounding areas. We’re committed to helping you overcome your hearing and balance conditions. We service patients of all ages and we are prepared to give you all you need to get the most out of life.
Our main office is still in Mason City, but we have expanded, adding Audiology outreach clinics in Albert Lea, Britt, Hampton, Cresco, Iowa Falls, New Hampton and Osage.
This location is open on the 2nd and 4th Monday 8 AM to 5 PM
