“I felt like I wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time the receptionist was weary friendly and one nurse helped me up the stairs but they last lady that came to see me was were rude and pretty much told me that they didn’t want to contact my insurance ti file for hearing aids I’ve got to do all that myself I had to see 6 different people while I was there Marty was friendly but not very understanding I will not go back .!!!!!!”
“Dr. O’Donnell is an excellent audiologist. Have had six pair of hearings aids from other sources. None ever compared to the ones that he supplied me with. He always takes plenty of time to make sure everything is correct and explains to me what he is doing. Oticon hearing aids were recommended and they work perfectly for me.”
