“Initial appointment - March 1, 2023. Ordered hearing aids and agreed to finance balance of cost after insurance. Was told it would take about 3 weeks. Called and was told it would take a few more weeks because of the insurance. Called again - no answer. Left multiple voicemails. No call back. Went to the office this morning to be told they were sent back because we could not afford them. No phone call, no checking with us, NOTHING! Extremely unprofessional!”
