When my new hearing aids arrived she took all the time needed to fully explain and demonstrate all the functions to me and gave me "cheat sheets" as a quick reference guide which was helpful. “In 2018 I had my first appointment with Jennifer for hearing aids. When talking with my wife one time and I responded, she then said " where in the world did you come up with that? " And then I knew I needed hearing aids ! Jennifer tested me and recommended a certain hearing aid. When I received it and got into my car and pushed the brake pedal to start the car, I could hear the noise from my foot going across the pedal for the first time in a very long time. I was overjoyed to hear the noise and knowing I would be able to better understand my wife !! We had just lost my Mom, and though our plan was always to get Dad hearing aids, the loss of Mom moved the need for hearing aids to top priority. Jennifer booked us an appointment that worked with my schedule and did a thorough hearing test on Dad and made recommendations and gave us a quote. The price was comparable to other well respected hearing aid locations. She was able to order, receive and fine tune them on my Dad within a 3 day span of time. They made such a difference since we had to travel far for a funeral and my Dad was able to talk with friends and relatives without missing words. Then we had a follow up appointment a couple weeks later, where we were able to really spend the time with her learning all the cleaning techniques (which we vaguely remembered ... due to the fog of family loss) to keep my Dad's hearing crystal clear. She couldn't be more friendly and understanding and I would highly recommend her for you hearing needs. ”
