“I returned the hearing aids Dr. Nixon prescribed for me on March 25, because his office told me I couldn’t return them until I met with Dr. Nixon on follow up appt. They were Genesis, Starkey brand. I heard crackling noises on phone calls. Hearing aids were not always charging to 100%. I was able to finance loan for hearing aids, Dr. Leiterman, the owner, told me he would have staff call me back to let me know the loan was cancelled. I called Synchrony credit today to find out if they were contacted by Dr. Leiterman’s office since my first payment is due Monday, April 15th, no they have not been contacted. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this Company to anyone. ”
