As the proud owner of Patriot Audiology Services, Dr. Lewis has cultivated a reputation for delivering comprehensive and personalized audiology services to his valued patients. Beyond his dedication to patient care, he has also trained and educated others in the field, serving as an Adjunct Professor at Ohio University, an instructor for the Tinnitus Care Practitioner Course, and a member of the Managed Care and Compliance Committees.

Dr. Lewis is a Board-Certified Audiologist and currently serves as the Board Chair of the International Institute of Hearing Instruments Sciences. He is also a member of several other professional organizations, including the American Academy of Audiology, the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and the International Hearing Society. Beyond audiological achievements, Dr. Lewis leads a dual career as practicing lawyer, showcasing his exceptional expertise and dedication to multiple fields

Her extensive 20-year experience in the field has established her as a renowned figure in the community, known for her dedication to patient care and delivering exceptional results. Her specialized knowledge of hearing aid fitting ensures that each patient receives a customized solution to their distinct hearing needs. 

Beyond her work, Erin is a free-spirited who embraces the joys of life. She is the founder and owner of her own custom riding accessory company, which makes motorcycle riding accessories from genuine leather and adorned with Swarovski crystal. When not helping her community with their hearing health, Erin can be found traveling to neighboring cities, and even states, extending her reach to provide top-quality accessories to riders from all corners of the country.

Her drive and passion contribute to her well-rounded nature and commitment to embracing life to the fullest. Erin’s dedication to her patients and her community make her a priceless asset of the Patriot Hearing team.

Since 2008 Janet Darst has been a devoted Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) with a vast background in the field of Audiology. Her dedication to assisting patients and coordinating their care makes her an invaluable member of the team.

Throughout her career Janet has been delivering exceptional care to patients, showcasing both her compassion and expertise. Her dedication to service goes beyond her work, as she hails from a proud military family, with both her sons  actively serving in the armed forces.

Janet is passionate about women's best friend, dogs and enjoys exploring the great outdoors in her beloved Jeep. With her wealth of experience and unwavering dedication, drive her to provide the highest quality of care to every patient she meets.
