“I had to have my hearing aid checked out as it wasnt working. This time the staff was so helpful and took their time. Also returned calls promptly when I called to set up an appt. I do recommend them”
“I have called several times on a customer service issue and have had not any replies even when I requested a reply when talking to a live person asking for a call back. Next time i need hearing aids I will be going elsewhere.”
