Dr. Inell Rosario, MD, is board-certified in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and sleep medicine. She is the president of Andros ENT & Sleep Center in Inver Grove Heights and Roseville, Minnesota.

Dr. Rosario was born and raised on Andros, an island in the Bahamas. She graduated from Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts and went on to attend medical school at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She then completed her internship and residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

When she isn’t working at the clinic, Dr. Rosario likes to exercise, play basketball, and do mission work. She is married and has two children.

Cindy Nilsen graduated with her Masters of Audiology from University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1995. In her 25+ years of experience, she has worked in private practice, ENT clinics, and in the hearing aid industry. She came to work at Andros Audiology this year with the intention of working closely with patients to help them hear better.

While not working, Cindy enjoys spending time with her 3 boys and her new husband. She is also an avid dog lover!

Scott Hagans a Brown College graduate and certified hearing instrument specialist in Minnesota, brings a wealth of expertise stemming from his family's extensive industry involvement. With a solid foundation, Scott seamlessly integrates his background with a profound sense of compassion, delivering unparalleled service in the field of hearing care. His extensive experience  encompasses various private practice settings, where he has dispensed the leading hearing instrument brands. Proficient in a range of services including  hearing evaluations, testing, fittings, Real Ear/Speech Mapping verification, tinnitus therapy and aural rehabilitation. Scott's skill set ensures comprenhensive care for his clients.
