Dr. London Gleghorn believes that hearing healthcare is as much about enjoying sounds as it is about protecting hearing and treating hearing disorders. London wants to help you fully enjoy the sounds in your life. Some of her favorite sounds include a baby's laughter; the crinkling of the pages of a good book; natural water sounds like ocean waves, rivers and streams, babbling brooks; and the presence of a violin in a rock song.

- London earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications Sciences and Disorders and her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Missouri State University in 2003 and 2005, respectively.
- She earned her Clinical Doctorate of Audiology from the University of South Alabama in 2013.

- London holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) in both Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

Sound Access Audiology Services Include:
- Music audiology - a subspecialty in the field of audiology that focuses on the care of music industry professionals.
- Hearing examinations / evaluations - the results of your hearing test will be explained to you in detail and you will receive a copy of the results (an audiogram).
- Extended ultra-high frequency testing - testing hearing beyond the standard audiogram including frequencies from 9,000-20,000 Hz.
- Tympanometry and acoustic reflexes.
- Hearing aid evaluations, consultations & demonstrations.
- Hearing aid services including fitting, programming, real ear measurements, cleaning and maintenance services, accessory pairing and use instruction, electroacoustic analysis, and hearing aid outcome assessments.
- Aural rehabilitation.
- Tinnitus (often described as a ringing or hissing sound in the ears) evaluations and tinnitus management.
- Cerumen (earwax) removal.
- Ear mold impressions.
- Hearing protection consultations, fittings, and verification.
- In-ear monitor consultations, fittings, dB checks, and cleaning services.
- Hearing healthcare education which can include hearing conservation and hearing loss prevention, hearing disorder management, and amplification of hearing loss.
