Cecillia Bessette became a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in October of 2012 and helps patients at The Hearing Aid Center. She has over two decades experience in the healthcare industry and is a member of the International Hearing Society. Cecillia joined The Hearing Aid Center at Upper Cumberland Ear, Nose and Throat in February of 2010.

“They were all so awesome and explain everything I was so please with them all”
“Went with my ex to have hearing aid check. Signed in, not wearing mask and nobody said one thing. Upon asking if my ex was done with test, I am told I cannot go back with him without mask. I tell them I am asthmatic and have a doctor's excuse. I practice social distance any way, but he relies on me to explain things he cannot HEAR, he's legally deaf.I am faced at this point with the rudest nurse ever who nearly sticks a mask on my face. I am telling her I cannot wear one and have a doctor's note. She ignores that and insists I now must leave building. Can't even be in waiting area tho we had sat there together for 15 min. Ex sees how they were treating me and he is so upset we both leave. No appt. No hearing aid checked or adjusted. Do Rude. Completely rude. Do not go here. ”
